  4. Conduct in-person client meetings across the UK as required.
  5. Analyse client performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  6. Provide insights into client needs and market trends to support business development and bid teams.
  7. Monitor competitor activity and market innovations to ensure we remain competitive whilst aligning best practice to all clients supporting performance.
  8. Engage in project management and contribute to strategic initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

  1. Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management - Ability to present, negotiate, and influence senior decision-makers.
  2. Contract & Account Management Expertise - Experience managing high-value contracts and client accounts.
  3. Data-Driven Approach - Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, and data analysis to drive strategic decisions.
  4. Industry Knowledge - Experience in utilities, FCA debt collection, revenue protection, or metering.
  5. Business Growth Mindset - Ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities for account expansion.
  6. Flexibility to Travel - Full UK driving license with willingness to visit client sites across the UK.
  7. Proven Experience - At least 2 years in client relationship management or field management.

What’s in It for You?

  1. Salary up to £47,000 dependant on experience inc. Car Allowance
  2. Convenient Office Location: Free parking and excellent public transport links (tram/bus).
  3. Generous Time Off: 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays.
  4. Hybrid working: with three days in the office for collaboration and two days working from the comfort of your home. It’s the perfect balance of in-person teamwork and focused remote work.
  5. Family Support: Enhanced maternity and paternity packages to help support your growing family.
  6. Health & Wellbeing: Access to a health cash plan for you and your family’s healthcare needs.
