Job Details

As a Client Manager, you will support in turning purchase and consumption behaviour into competitive advantage through continuous monitoring, advanced analytics and delivering tailored solutions. As global experts in shopper behaviour, we help brands, retailers and government organisations to make the right strategic decisions.

We have long-standing relationships with many of the biggest manufacturers in the FMCG industry. This role is specifically focused on delivering best in class servicing to one of our big global clients, Mondelez. As part of a team of three, your role will be multifaceted, requiring the creation of impactful insights to help shape brand strategies for some of the most well-known brands in FMCG, through to delivering best in class servicing across the different business units & teams at the client.

Key Outcomes: What does success look like?

  • Building strong relationships: Delivering best in class client servicing with the aspiration of being a trusted advisor across the Mondelez business.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the immediate & wider team, as well as other areas across our business to deliver the best of Worldpanel into the client.
  • Impactful Insight: Use our data to tell compelling stories based on the client's business questions, helping the client shape the future direction of their brands.
  • Driving Growth: Integrating yourself into the client to understand how we can help them deliver against their objectives through additional services & approaches we can offer.
Key Capabilities:
  • Confidence in extracting & translating data sets into inspiring insights for clients, preparing and delivering presentations of a high visual, verbal & written standard.
  • Ability to establish and nurture strong relationships with clients.
  • Commercial & curious mentality with the ability to answer client's big questions and unafraid to have a point of view.
  • Keen to develop knowledge and be seen as an expert, talking articulately about the industry and client challenges to connect with client needs.
  • Have an interest in new technologies and in the power of consumer data and insights.
  • A passion for understanding consumer/shopper behaviour.
