Pear Recruitment – Client Accountant – Earlsfield

Salary: £32,000 – £33,000

Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm

The Client Accountant position is integral to the organisation, working in close collaboration with the Property Services and Lettings teams. This role demands regular interaction with clients, ensuring that their financial needs are met with precision and professionalism. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health of the business, contributing to its ongoing success.

This role is perfect for a dedicated professional with around 1 – 2 years previous experience looking to advance their career in a supportive and ambitious company. The Ideal Candidate:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within estate agency or property management
  • Part Qualified or Qualified ACA/ACCA or CIMA welcome
  • Experience working in a similar sized growing organisation
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Office, Xero/Sage Line 50
  • Familiarity with Reapit is welcome but not essential
  • Good knowledge of financial management and reporting
  • Thorough understanding of property related accounts processes
  • Experience in preparing management accounts, payroll, and reports (payroll and management accounts are handled externally)
  • Excellent eye for attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence with data analysis
  • Problem solver with the ability to take ownership and resolve issues internally and externally
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
  • Structured, disciplined, energetic, and committed to continuous improvement
The Successful Applicant:
  • 1-2 years of experience in property sector client accounting or similar
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A team player who is proactive and adaptable
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage complex data
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and work autonomously when necessary
