Company Overview:

Join a leading global software company specialising in secure and reliable email signature solutions, trusted by some of the world's most recognised brands across Financial Services, Broadcast, Health care, and Technology. The platform is built on the principles of data protection, reliability, and trust, ensuring compliance and security at the highest levels.

They are expanding our European operations and are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Manager to drive growth across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage relationships with channel partners across DACH.
  2. Drive partner acquisition, onboarding, and enablement programs to ensure consistent revenue growth.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and technical support) to support partner success.
  4. Identify new opportunities for growth within existing partnerships.
  5. Work closely with leading Financial Services, Broadcast, Health care, and Technology brands to develop joint go-to-market strategies.
  6. Ensure partner adherence to company policies, particularly in data protection and compliance.
  7. Monitor partner performance and provide regular feedback and training to enhance partner capabilities.

Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in a channel management or similar partner-facing role, ideally within the software or technology sector.
  2. Strong understanding of data protection, security, and compliance solutions.
  3. Fluency in German and English (additional European languages are a plus).
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  5. Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  6. Willingness to travel across Europe when required.
