Job description

McGrathNicol is a specialist Advisory and Restructuring firm, helping businesses improve performance, manage risk, and achieve stability and growth. You will play a pivotal role in advancing business process automation and driving efficiency improvements across the organisation. Reporting to the Digital Workplace Lead, based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary IT team and business stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge technical solutions that enhance operational effectiveness. Your enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer experiences, championing digital innovation, and fostering continuous improvement will be key to success.

This role is NOT a Business or Data Analyst opportunity.

What you will do

  • Execute delivery tasks in alignment with the strategic direction provided by the Digital Workplace Lead.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure effective adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes and automation initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver successful technology implementations.
  • Collaborate with software development teams to integrate advanced technologies and intelligent automation solutions.
  • Lead initiatives to deliver feature enhancements aligned with organisational digitisation goals.
  • Implement advanced technologies that streamline business processes and improve efficiencies.
  • Analyse current business workflows to identify opportunities for optimisation and automation.

Who you are

  • Seniority of the role: Suitable for someone with approximately 5 years of experience.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrated ability to understand and apply advanced technologies and intelligent automation tools.
  • Project Leadership: Proven experience in managing feature releases and process enhancement projects.
  • Microsoft 365 Proficiency: Familiarity with MS365 technologies and their applications in a professional setting.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Aptitude for identifying inefficiencies and implementing effective process improvements.
  • Adaptability: Resilience and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment focused on modernisation and innovation.
