An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join their Homelessness Prevention & Response Team. This role focuses on preventing homelessness through effective case management and providing essential advice and support to those in urgent housing need. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring high-quality customer service and developing strategic initiatives within the team. Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: Grade 9 £37,938-£40,476
The Homelessness Prevention & Response Team aim to prevent homelessness wherever possible so we offer advice and support about housing options to those that are homeless, those who may be at risk of losing their home, have other urgent housing needs, or who simply want to know more about the options that are available to them.
