NHS SBS is looking to add a Business Systems Support to provide support with a variety of internal projects, ensuring successful delivery and smooth operations across multiple systems.
The Business Systems Support role involves regular testing of two core systems used by our Employment Services sector. These are MS Dynamics365 and a Document Management System. Although we're not expecting experience in testing these systems specifically, all applicants will need to be able to demonstrate the key principles of a test cycle.
This role will also support the projects team by documenting processes, assessing the business impact, and assessing any risk implications. It will also include creating and delivering training material for new releases to colleagues.
This hybrid role will predominantly be based from home, with visits to our office in Southampton expected once or twice a year.
