Business Development Manager - OEM & Manufacturing Electronics (Germany, UK, or Italy - Remote)

Location: Remote (Germany, UK, or Italy)
Salary: £60,000 + Bonus & Commission + £6K Car Allowance
Full-time | Permanent

A leading manufacturer of high-voltage power solutions is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth and manage OEM accounts in Germany, the UK, or Italy. If you have a proven track record in technical sales within manufacturing electronics, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an industry leader.

What You'll Do:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share with OEMs & industrial clients.
  2. Maintain long-term relationships with key customers in manufacturing, industrial electronics, and high-voltage applications.
  3. Lead technical sales discussions and provide customized solutions for clients.
  4. Prepare detailed sales proposals, quotations, and costings to support business growth.
  5. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  6. Work closely with the engineering and product development teams to align sales efforts.
  7. Travel across the assigned region to meet customers and drive business expansion.

What You Need:

  1. Proven sales experience in technical or custom solutions for OEMs.
  2. Strong knowledge of high-voltage electronics, medical & industrial X-ray systems, or analytical instrumentation.
  3. Fluency in English is required, with German or Italian language skills being an advantage.
  4. Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics preferred) or equivalent technical background.
  5. Ability to travel within the assigned region without restriction.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office and sales CRM software.
