  • 3-4 years of experience in Forex/CFD trading sales & business development.
  • Proven portfolio of active FX clients and ability to expand the network.

Job description

Join an award-winning, multi-licensed broker offering online CFD trading across various asset classes. We are looking for a Farsi-speaking Business Development Manager to expand our global client network and drive new business growth.

Location: Remote (Global)
Employment Type: Full-time
Remuneration: Competitive base salary + commission
Industry: Online CFD Trading (FX, Crypto, Oil, Metals, Shares, Indices)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  2. Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
  3. Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
  4. Conduct market research and provide insights for business growth
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client experience
  6. Represent the company and promote our trading products and services

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Fluent in Farsi (C1) & English (C1) (both written & spoken)
  2. Proven portfolio of active FX clients and ability to rapidly expand the network
  3. 3-4 years of experience in Forex/CFD trading sales & business development
  4. Strong understanding of financial markets and trading products
  5. Excellent negotiation & sales skills with a target-driven approach
  6. Ability to work independently & remotely in a dynamic environment
  7. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
