We’re on the lookout for a Mobile Lead Developer to take ownership of the mobile stream in a dynamic fintech environment. This is a technical leadership role, not a management position—perfect for someone who thrives in hands-on development and innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the mobile development pipeline across iOS and Android.
• Driving technical leadership in mobile architecture, R&D, and future growth.
• Ensuring seamless integration with third-party services and external client relationships.
• Collaborating closely with engineering, data, and development teams.
• Working autonomously while contributing to the bigger fintech ecosystem.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong expertise in Kotlin and Swift.
• Experience in complex production systems within a fintech, crypto, or scale-up environment.
• Ability to shape the mobile strategy while mentoring and supporting developers.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, large-scale infrastructure.
• Based in the UK, with occasional travel to our London office.

Location: UK-based, remote-flexible with occasional London visits.
