Our team of Business Development Managers play a pivotal role within the fast moving, high growth Payments industry, supporting businesses across the UK to reach their goals. As a BDM you will have autonomy for development opportunities in our CB postcode territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Regularly prospecting for new business via self-sourced leads and cold calling.
  2. Appointing and conducting F2F business reviews with each customer to gain a full and detailed understanding of their requirements to allow you to tailor your approach and solution to match their needs.
  3. Presenting our market leading proposition and incredible savings whilst negotiating and closing business contracts with new customers.
  4. Sign 10-12 new customers per calendar month.

To succeed you’ll have:
  1. Ability to evidence success in a sales role.
  2. Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to objectively evaluate and influence.
  3. Resilience in overcoming objections while maintaining a positive outlook.
  4. Result orientated - maximise opportunities through referrals, networking and relationship building.
  5. Thrives in a dynamic environment with quick turnarounds, and delivering work that exceeds customer expectations.
  6. Proficiency with Microsoft applications and common customer success software such as Salesforce (CRM).
  7. Full UK Driving Licence.

How you’ll be rewarded:
  1. £33,000 basic salary.
  2. £4,800 car allowance + 25p per mile fuel.
  3. Uncapped commission structure with an average OTE of £65k, top achievers earning £100k+.
  4. Quarterly & annual incentives – Total value of an additional £16,000.
  5. 25 days annual leave, plus 8 UK bank holidays.
  6. Company mobile phone & laptop provided.
  7. Contributory pension scheme.
  8. Share incentive scheme.
  9. Life assurance.
  10. Electric Vehicle Scheme.
  11. Full training and induction. Plus ongoing training and support.
