About the Job:
The Lead Audit and Review Case Officer Lead must be an Experienced SEND Lead with a proven track record.
- Establish where we are with EHC needs assessments, quality of EHC Plans, and annual reviews within the first month.
- Identify gaps in practice for individual child/young person and make recommendations for improvement.
- Report to the SEND Improvement lead weekly.
- Be prepared to present to panels as required (e.g., High Cost Panel or Preparing for Adulthood Panel).
- Able to take on complex casework if required to resolve child/young person's plan for going forward.
- Must be able to use the Synergy system; if not experienced, training will be provided in Swindon.
