With 80 professionals across Civil & Structural Engineering, Transport, Geotechnical, and Environmental disciplines, this dynamic consultancy delivers high-profile projects across sectors including healthcare, education, residential, commercial, and leisure. They also work on large-scale town centre redevelopment projects and international schemes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to co-lead the Civil Engineering team in London, with a clear path to Director level in the coming years.

Your Role:

Oversee and review technical reports, calculations, specifications, and drawings.
Lead the preparation of Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategies.
Monitor project finances, invoicing, and payments, reporting to the Project Partner.
Manage and mentor a team of engineers, driving technical excellence and career development.
Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and industry best practices.
Take ownership of projects, providing strategic guidance and mitigating risks.
Engage with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
