The Green Recruitment Company has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Analyst to join a fast-growing transaction advisory business dedicated to renewable energy and cleantech.
The Associate Analyst would be joining a diverse, internationally renowned expert team with a shared passion for the energy transition, handle global projects and committed to delivering high-quality results.
Locations: Can be based in London, Germany, France or Dubai.
Business-level fluency in French required for applications in France.
Business-level fluency in German required for applications in Germany.
The Associate Analyst would work on corporate finance transactions globally in a renowned advisory to deliver Net Zero.
Manage investment banking transactions with increasing autonomy under a Vice President and/or Director.
A relevant qualification: Master’s degree in finance from one of Europe’s leading educational institutions. MBA or CFA preferred.
At least 3-6 years’ experience in corporate (not project) finance, within a respected bank or advisory boutique.
Transaction and transaction structuring experience is required.
Fluent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
Clear evidence of your appetite for corporate finance (whether while in education or at a bank, boutique, or in-house M&A team). You do not need cleantech expertise; however, you would need corporate finance excellence.
Strong attention to detail, process, experience, and organization for asset, corporate or equity transactions.
Financial modeling skills and robust understanding of main financial concepts.
