The Opportunity

Finatal is working with a leading established global private investor looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the Investor Relations team. This is an incredibly sought after opportunity to join a close-knit established but growing team in a blue-chip fund that offers unparalleled exposure.

Responsibilities

  • Involvement in all aspects of co-invest project management across each of the businesses’ strategies
  • Preparation of high quality materials and documentation, with strong process management skills
  • Liaising with investment teams, internal stakeholders (legal, compliance, fund admin) and responding to LP queries in a timely and high quality manner
  • Managing and completing LP due diligence, coordinating with various relevant internal teams, as well as responding to any ongoing investor specific requests
  • Tracking and updating investor information; on-going monitoring of co-invest processes
  • Senior stakeholder management and updates
  • Management and maintenance of internal co-invest data and tracking
  • Exposure to the wider capital raising and business development initiatives, as relevant

Requirements

  • Prior co-invest experience is desirable but not essential
  • A record of strong academic performance from university and school
  • An awareness of global issues and an understanding of finance will inform the candidate’s work of communicating effectively and engagingly with a diverse, international audience, both externally and internally
  • A strong set of quantitative, qualitative and interpersonal skills, and be a team player
  • Professional fluency in English is mandatory
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel is essential
  • Ability to work under time pressure and exceed expectations in terms of deliverables
