About the role

As Airport Duty Supervisor, I am responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient day-to-day operation of the airport. My goal is to work collaboratively with the Passenger Experience team to improve operation efficiency and maintain the high standards throughout the airport that our passengers have grown to expect.

• I will provide leadership and line management to the Passenger Experience Assistants.
• I will be responsible for supervising all aspects of the terminal and surface access operations, ensuring our passengers receive a seamless experience at all stages of their journey through our airport.
• I will conduct routine inspections of the airport facilities, identifying, reporting, and addressing any issues I find.
• I will be responsible for reviewing the daily performance of the operation, ensuring KPI’s are being met.
• I will be responsible for ensuring that the airport safety and security procedures are followed at all times.
• I will fully embody the Airports ‘One Team’ culture and understand that there may be times when I am required to undertake other activities to support the needs of the business.
• I understand that the Airport is in operation 24/7 so I may be scheduled and expected to work any shift during operating hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
