Aftersales Advisor (Parts/Service)
£26-29k Plus OTE
Maidstone
Permanent, Full Time
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am–6:00pm / 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:00am – 1pm
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Preparing repair estimates from eVHCs
- Picking & ordering parts
- Upselling repair work
- Tyre stock management (Ordering, receipting on, booking out and regular stock checks)
- Oil stock management (Ordering, receipting on, booking out and regular stock checks)
- Workshop consumable ordering
- Progress updates & Preparing
- Loading digital service records - Liaising with customers
Your background & skill:
- 2 years main dealer parts or service experience
- Knowledge of Kerridge
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team
