Role Description:
- Identify and evaluate high-quality real estate acquisition opportunities aligned with the company’s investment strategy.
- Develop and maintain strong industry relationships to source off-market and competitive real estate investment opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth financial modelling, market research, and risk assessments to support investment decisions.
- Lead negotiations, structuring, and execution of real estate transactions, ensuring optimal terms and value creation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external advisors, and investors to facilitate seamless deal execution and portfolio integration.
- Oversee the strategic expansion and performance enhancement of the real estate portfolio.
- Ensure all acquisitions comply with legal, regulatory, and market-specific requirements.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering a high-performance investment and acquisition culture.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in real estate acquisitions, investment management, or private equity, with a strong track record of successful transactions.
- Deep understanding of real estate markets, asset valuation, and financial modeling.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to structure complex real estate transactions.
- Excellent analytical and due diligence capabilities to assess risks and opportunities in potential acquisitions.
- Ability to lead deals from sourcing to execution while managing multiple stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring junior professionals.
- Degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certifications are a plus.
