Role: Talent Acquisition Lead, Leadership Hiring

Location: London. The successful candidate will be expected to work from our London office once per week.

Role mission:

You’ll be responsible for driving the identification, engagement, and hiring of VP and C-level executives across our global business. This is a highly visible, strategic role working directly with our CEO and executive team to deliver world-class leadership talent. You'll define and execute executive hiring strategies that shape the future of our company. Ideal candidates will have deep experience hiring CxO-level talent in technology businesses, a passion for building teams, and thrive in fast-moving, scaling environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead all executive-level searches (VP to C-suite) globally.
  • Partner closely with the CEO, executive team, and board on defining search strategy and role scoping.
  • Design and implement a structured, repeatable executive hiring process aligned with business goals.
  • Build and manage strong pipelines of diverse, high-impact leadership candidates.
  • Lead outreach and direct sourcing efforts, especially for confidential and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Evaluate leadership competencies, cultural fit, and long-term impact during interviews.
  • Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and competitor mapping.
  • Lead stakeholder management and communication with hiring execs.
  • Maintain relationships with top talent for future strategic hires.
  • Manage and optimize relationships with executive search firms when needed.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion throughout the executive hiring process.

What we’re looking for:

  • 7+ years of experience in executive search and prior experience working in-house within a talent team is strongly preferred.
  • Proven success hiring CxO-level leaders in technology companies—preferably in high-growth SaaS, RegTech, FinTech, or B2B tech environments.
  • Deep understanding of executive search best practices—from sourcing to stakeholder alignment to offer negotiation.
  • Exceptional executive presence, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Strong network and ability to build long-term relationships with top leadership talent.
  • A passion for helping companies scale by hiring world-class leadership talent.
  • Ability to operate well in ambiguity and can build processes from scratch.
