But what's the role?

We are seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Lead to support our growing global team. This UK-based role will involve sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive our mission forward.

Sounds great—what will I do?
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, recruitment agencies, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and create shortlists of qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
  • Stay updated on trends and innovative recruiting techniques to remain competitive in the latest recruitment practices.

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, either in-house or at a staffing agency
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and interact with various stakeholders
  • Previous experience in a high-growth, world-class startup environment
  • Familiarity with UK employment laws, regulations, and best practices, with a commitment to maintaining compliance and confidentiality
  • Ability to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of recruitment projects and operations
