Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and service excellence.
• Oversee cleaning and facilities management operations, ensuring compliance and quality.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and drive sales through upselling.
• Manage budgets, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience in facilities management or cleaning services.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• A self-motivated, proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.
• A full UK driving license
