Account Manager – Aggregator & Affiliate Partnerships

Location: Carlisle (Fully Remote)

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Chapman Tate is proud to be working with a rapidly growing tech company that is revolutionising the insurance industry. They are seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee and grow a portfolio of key Aggregator & Affiliate accounts across their Travel, Pet, Life, and Annuities product lines.

As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for key Aggregator and Affiliate partners, ensuring strong relationships, maximising commercial performance, and identifying new opportunities for growth. You will play a critical role in driving revenue and optimising partnerships in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of high-value Aggregator and Affiliate accounts.
  • Drive performance through strategic account planning and data-driven insights.
  • Negotiate and implement commercial agreements to optimise revenue.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including Product, Marketing, and Tech, to deliver seamless partner experiences.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on partnership performance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in Account Management within Aggregators, Affiliates, or a similar digital distribution model.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of growing and managing revenue-generating partnerships.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics and drive improvements.
  • Experience within the insurance or financial services sector is highly desirable.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach in a dynamic environment.
