We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Global Partner Account Manager to join our Sales team.

As a Global Partner Account Manager, you will be the primary interface and relationship owner for Sabio’s key strategic partners across our global operating regions. You will align Sabio’s strategy with partner objectives, drive joint business development initiatives, and deliver against key performance metrics such as growth, gross profit (GP) bookings, and annual contract value (ACV). This role requires a strategic mindset, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to influence at all organisational levels to maximize the value of our partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary interface for strategic partners (e.g., Genesys, AWS, Google, Cognigy) across all global regions.
  • Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships from C-suite to operational levels.
  • Ensure alignment between Sabio and partners through regular governance, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), joint account planning, GTM strategies in each Sabio geography and process mapping.

Strategic Alignment:

  • Align Sabio’s corporate strategy with partner objectives, ensuring mutual understanding and commitment.
  • Collaborate with partners to co-develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies and commercial offerings.

Revenue Growth and Business Targets:

  • Deliver on GP bookings, ACV, and margin improvement targets across all key regions (UK, Benelux, Nordics, France, Spain, South Africa, and others as required).
  • Drive joint pipeline development, sales alignment, and deal registration within partner management systems.
  • Manage Partner rebate programs, MDF funding and sales incentive programs, to ensure Sabio maximizes the available funding and commercial incentives available from each partner.

Operational Excellence:

  • Manage all aspects of partner engagement, including opportunity deal registrations, pipeline reporting, opportunity tracking, Salesforce reporting, and incentive program management (e.g., MDF, SPIFFs, rebates).
  • Collaborate with field marketing to secure partner funding and maximize return through co-branded campaigns and events.

Innovation and Solution Development:

  • Identify opportunities to enhance Sabio’s service capabilities through partner technologies.
  • Drive emerging technology initiatives, including AI/analytics, cloud infrastructure, WFM, WFO and advanced CX solutions.

Governance and Reporting:

  • Maintain and report on partner governance frameworks, including sales planning, customer bid reviews, and contractual alignment.
  • Regularly update internal stakeholders on partner programs, incentives, partner scorecards and strategic priorities.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

Knowledge:

  • Deep understanding of the CX technology landscape, including cloud platforms and AI-driven solutions.
  • Knowledge of partner ecosystems, particularly Genesys, AWS, and other leading CX technology providers.
  • Strong grasp of commercial models, including ACV, gross profit metrics, and joint go-to-market strategies.

Skills:

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing capabilities at all levels, including C-suite.
  • Ability to create compelling value propositions and joint solutions with partners.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presentation and written communication.

Expertise:

  • Proven track record in managing global partner relationships and delivering commercial success.
  • Experience in developing and executing multi-region partnership strategies.
  • Ability to align complex internal and external priorities to drive business outcomes.

Technologies:

  • Customer Experience (CX) platforms (e.g., Genesys Cloud, AWS Connect)
  • CRM and pipeline management tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Data analytics and AI/ML technologies.
  • Cloud-based infrastructure and SaaS models.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Certifications:

  • Relevant certifications from key partners (e.g., Genesys Cloud, AWS) are advantageous.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent (desirable).
