Account Executive - LATAM

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive, LATAM to drive revenue growth, expand our client base, and strengthen our presence in Latin America (+ Spain). In this role, you will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—by engaging with music and entertainment businesses, presenting our solutions, and securing long-term partnerships. The ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven professional with a strong background in SaaS sales and a deep understanding of the music industry.


Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and close new business opportunities in the LATAM region (+ Spain).
  2. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  3. Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their business needs and demonstrating the value of our products.
  4. Conduct compelling product demonstrations and sales presentations.
  5. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  6. Collaborate with marketing and sales development teams to optimize lead generation and qualification efforts.
  7. Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities in the CRM.
  8. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities.
  9. Represent Revelator at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Native Spanish speaker with flawless written and spoken communication – MUST
  2. Professional-level English proficiency – MUST
  3. 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, business development, or account management – MUST
  4. Experience working in the Music industry – MUST
  5. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B SaaS environment.
  6. Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  7. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  8. Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.) – MUST
  9. Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot certification is a plus).
  10. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  11. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  12. Prior experience in remote sales and working across multiple time zones – Advantage
