CHEF DE VENTE ÉVOLUTIF H/F

Vos principales missions:

La mise en œuvre de la politique commerciale de l’entreprise au niveau régional :

1. En veillant à ce que les objectifs clefs de ma région soient atteints (DN/DV…)
2. En représentant l'entreprise auprès de nos clients stratégiques
3. En fixant les objectifs puis en suivant les performances de chaque chef de secteur en ce qui concerne les principaux indicateurs et en s’assurant de la bonne priorisation et de la bonne exécution des actions en magasins (assortiment, visibilité linéaire, promotion).

Assurer la communication

1. En relayant les objectifs et priorités vers son équipe
2. En s’assurant du suivi des informations recueillies sur le terrain pour nourrir la réflexion des équipes siège (marketing/commerciale).

Vous serez manager d'une équipe de 7 à 10 personnes :

1. les former
2. les accompagner
3. les développer, les faire progresser et
4. atteindre leurs objectifs en tenant compte des profils de chacun.
