Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer to join our team on a fulltime remote basis. As an Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity within our company.

1. Design, develop, and maintain automated systems and processes for various business functions.
2. Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop automation strategies.
4. Create and maintain technical documentation for automated systems and processes.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with existing automation systems.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automation technology.
7. Train and support team members on the use of automated systems and processes.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Proven experience as an Automation Engineer or similar role.
3. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C.
4. Experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or Robot Framework.
5. Knowledge of software development and test methodologies.
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
8. Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced environment.
