As a member of our product management team, working within a multidisciplinary product team made up of UI and UX designers, data scientists, backend, and frontend engineers, you will serve a key role in Goodays’ technology solution ongoing growth and success in the field of customer experience. You will lead projects that utilize the latest technology, including AI, to enhance customer experience management. We will be counting on your vision and expertise as a Product Manager to continue to offer an innovative product that allows Goodays to keep its position as a leader in this area.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Education: Engineer's degree or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Product Management with significant SaaS expertise.
Technical Savvy: Strong technical background and experience in agile teams.
Results-Oriented: Proven track record of delivering products on tight deadlines and defining product specs.
Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with analytics tools for performance tracking.
