A role for a brand-new division in the Group.

Reporting to the Head of Payroll, you will be responsible for the execution and ongoing management of the Group’s overall HR strategy in terms of Payroll.

1. HR Payroll Process Payroll for our French BUs ensuring deadline, accuracy, and compliance with local regulations.
2. Maintain proper documentation and knowledge to successfully respond and comply with audits.
3. Act as the primary liaison with Payroll System Integrator.
4. Work as a key member with HRIS Technical Analyst to design and customize data integration in our HRIS solution (WORKDAY).
5. Comply with legislation and branch agreements by studying existing and new legislation; advising management on needed changes.

Skills & Experience

• Master’s degree in Finance.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar position, including payroll expertise experience.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple high urgency projects.
• Adaptable and positive when faced with changing circumstances.
• Strict attention to detail while dealing with large amounts of data, and confidentiality required.
• Strong mathematical skills with ability to research, analyze and resolve payroll issues.
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Workday HRIS & ADP is a plus.
