A leading fashion brand in Lille is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative. In this role, you'll manage the full sales administration cycle for key international accounts and ensure the best customer service to our key accounts in the EMEA region. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in order management within the B2B fashion sector and strong analytical abilities. This position requires excellent communication skills and proficiency in Excel. The role is integral to maintaining order book integrity and timely deliveries.

Being part of the EMEA Operations Team in Paris and reporting to the Operation Director, the Senior Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing the best customer service to our key accounts in the EMEA region, ensuring on time deliveries and orderbook integrity.
Manage the full sales administration cycle for key international accounts
Manage the order portfolio, reorders and client database
Develop customer relationships
