Requirements

How will you make a difference?

1. You have proven leadership (more than 4 years) of iOS and QA teams, ensuring that they are aligned with the product / business and work towards a common goal.
2. You have previous experience (more than 4 years) developing iOS applications.
3. You have previous experience managing people, delivery, quality and processes.
4. You know how to implement software development best practices.
5. You like to work in agile and dynamic environments.
6. You are an expert in promoting teamwork so that teams collaborate with each other and create synergies for continuous improvement.
7. You have excellent communication and leadership skills.

What will you do?

1. Lead a senior team of iOS Developers and QAs.
2. Oversee the external development and maintenance of iOS applications, ensuring software quality and efficiency.
3. Define and implement software development best practices (such as CI / CD, automated testing, code reviews) across all projects under your responsibility.
4. Define and track a set of metrics to evaluate the health of applications, monitoring performance, stability, and software quality.
5. Collaborate closely with the Product team to align the development roadmap of new products and iterations of existing products.
6. Assess the technical feasibility of new projects and features, providing high-level estimates and recommendations.
7. Enhance the importance of team unity so that everyone feels part of the project and the company.
