We are looking for a SuccessFactors Time Tracking Expert

Location : Europe (Remote – Far-site)

Start Date : Immediate

The Administrator activities related to SuccessFactors will be limited to the following and with the cooperation of the technical and functional resources:

• Monitor integration elements wherever necessary, report and follow up on errors and exceptions.
• Monitor and update related certificates as required.
• Creation and management of SAP for Me cases as required.
• Co-ordination with other team members to resolve related issues.
• Develop and roll out the SuccessFactors Time Tracking module, including requirement gathering and refinement.
• Implement the Time Tracking tool according to leading practices, adopting EMA-specific requirements where the tool allows.
• Identify potential functionality gaps in the out-of-the-box solution and address them.
• Configure time attendance accounts, overtime tracking, automated approval of time recorded based on business rules, absence quotas such as Flexileave, exchange of leave between an official bank holiday and a working day, swap of part-time arrangements, ability to record half-day absences, and link costing to activities.

Requirements & Skills :

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degree.
• Must have a minimum of 4 years of recent experience with SuccessFactors HCM (Human Capital Management) Suite.
• Knowledge of English, both written and oral, is mandatory at the minimum level of B2.
