• Lead Creative Vision: Develop strategies, ideas, and implement innovative brand concepts, designs, and campaigns – online, offline, retail, and restaurants.
• Develop and Evolve Brands: Build new brands from the ground up and elevate existing brands with fresh ideas and visionary design strategies.
• Packaging Design: Create packaging that aligns with brand identity and resonates with consumers.
• Production Management: Plan and oversee productions to ensure seamless implementation of creative projects.
• Project Prioritization: Effectively prioritize tasks and projects to ensure timely deliveries without compromising quality.
• Team Collaboration: Brief and lead the creative team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Creative Direction: Coordinate and manage creative processes, ensuring all outputs meet the highest quality standards.

• Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in an agency, CPG company, or startup environment. Experience in the food sector is advantageous and a strong plus.
• Language Skills: Fluent in German (required) and English, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
• Design Expertise: Proven track record in brand and packaging design, ideally in the food industry.
• Creative Excellence: Demonstrated expertise in creative direction, graphic design, and overseeing end-to-end production management processes.
• Tool Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of common design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) for efficient creation of high-quality work.
• Visual Brand Identity: Ability to conceive, develop, and maintain consistent brand identities across multiple platforms and touchpoints.
• Photography & Videography: Basic knowledge of photography and video editing to effectively align and direct visual content.
• Copywriting Experience: A good sense for crafting messages and copy that complement and enhance the visual language.
• Motion Design: Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation to support dynamic content creation.
• Project Management: Experience in managing creative budgets, collaborating with external freelancers or agencies, and implementing projects in a timely and targeted manner.
