• You create customer-facing content and marketing plans to position Siemens Healthineers as a thought leader in healthcare worldwide.
• You lead large projects, steering international teams and working on content creation for cross-business topics such as sustainability, networked care, or clinical topics.
• You drive the end-to-end content creation process from idea intake, ideation, content creation, and content re-purposing.
• You analyze the needs and challenges of healthcare providers across their hierarchy, as well as market trends and activities of other players in healthcare.
• You work with corporate functions, global and regional organizations to support your messaging with technology trends, portfolio of products and services, and case studies from healthcare providers.
• You facilitate strong collaboration across distributed stakeholders by organizing face-to-face and virtual workshops for content co-creation globally.
• You create messaging and comprehensive content ecosystems of interconnected content assets to increase brand awareness and support lead generation.
• You take action to refine messaging and content assets based on performance insights.

• You have a university degree in healthcare, innovation, business administration or management studies with a focus on marketing.
• You have many years of professional experience in business, marketing, or consulting.
• You possess profound experience in storytelling, messaging, and content creation for delivery to healthcare professionals.
• You have worked in agile environments within a corporate structure.
• You have in-depth knowledge of the healthcare sector; professional experience in the MedTech industry is an advantage.

• You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English; German language skills are an advantage.
• You enjoy using digital tools and methods to enable distributed teams to work toward a common goal, such as design thinking, concept boards, and ChatGPT derivatives.
• You demonstrate creative thinking and co-creation capabilities, a pragmatic way of implementation, and a pro-active working style in interdisciplinary, diverse teams.
• You are highly motivated with a proven track record of delivering results and guiding global, cross-functional teams.
