We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead the development and execution of our comprehensive global OneCRM training program. This role requires the design and coordination of a multifaceted training approach including onsite or online training, web-based training, developing different learning formats, knowledge nuggets, and a tip of the week initiative. Collaboration with Global Process Owners and CRM Product Owners in an agile working program is essential for content development. The role also involves facilitating a Train the Trainer program for local onsite training. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in instructional design, technical training, CRM technologies, and a deep understanding of adult learning principles.
