We are looking for a German-speaking Technical Business Developer with C2-level German and a minimum of 2 years of experience in tech sales or business development. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting revenue growth within the German-speaking market.
This role requires a strong combination of commercial mindset, technical understanding, and consultative sales skills.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within the German-speaking market
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, product presentation, negotiation, and closing
- Understand customer technical needs and propose tailored solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Account Management teams
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM tools
- Meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets
- Stay up to date with product developments and market trends
- C2 level in German (spoken and written)
- Fluent in English (business level)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tech sales, B2B sales, or business development
- Strong understanding of technical products or SaaS solutions
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Results-driven mindset with a proactive approach
- Experience in SaaS, Cloud, IT services, or digital solutions
- Previous experience working with the DACH market
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
