As a German Speaking Airline Support Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring customers have a smooth and positive experience by answering their questions, resolving issues, and providing helpful solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with queries related to airline services via multiple communication channels.
• Provide accurate and efficient solutions to customers’ inquiries.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customer requests.

Requirements:

• Native level of German (C2) and fluent in English (B2).
• Excellent communication, writing, and listening skills.
• A proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Computer literacy (ECDL certification is a plus).
• Prior experience in customer service is required.
• Availability to work on a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday.
