- Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding food delivery services.
- Address inquiries concerning orders, menu options, delivery tracking, and service policies with accuracy and professionalism.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with the logistics and culinary teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay informed about food safety regulations and menu updates to provide knowledgeable assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles, especially in the food or hospitality industry, is preferred.
