• You will be in charge of your own portfolio, composed essentially of financial vehicles (Soparfis, Holdings in PE/RE).
• You will contribute to your team’s creation and development, including the recruitment process.
• You will analyze and improve internal processes.
• You will be reviewing your team members’ work.
• You will ensure certain trainings.
• You will have a key responsibility in business development, meaning participating in events and maintaining direct contact with clients.

• You have at least 5 years of experience within a similar environment such as a PFS, fiduciary, or Big 4.
• You are fluent in English and German. This will be essential to communicate efficiently with clients and collaborators.
• You are dynamic and wish to contribute significantly to the development of your future environment.
• You are someone easy to talk to and who appreciates guiding people in their career development and success.
