A technology recruitment firm is seeking a German-speaking Technical Business Developer to drive new business opportunities and manage client relationships in the German-speaking market. The ideal candidate will have a C2 level in German and a minimum of 2 years of experience in tech sales or business development. Responsibilities include managing the sales cycle, supporting revenue growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. We are looking for a German-speaking Technical Business Developer with C2-level German and a minimum of 2 years of experience in tech sales or business development. You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting revenue growth within the German-speaking market.
This role requires a strong combination of commercial mindset, technical understanding, and consultative sales skills.
Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within the German-speaking market
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, product presentation, negotiation, and closing
Understand customer technical needs and propose tailored solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Account Management teams
Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM tools
Meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets
Stay up to date with product developments and market trends
C2 level in German (spoken and written)
Fluent in English (business level)
Minimum 2 years of experience in tech sales, B2B sales, or business development
Strong understanding of technical products or SaaS solutions
Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Results-driven mindset with a proactive approach
Experience in SaaS, Cloud, IT services, or digital solutions
Previous experience working with the DACH market
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
