A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Dutch-Speaking Sales Executive for their international sales team in Berlin. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of sales experience, be fluent in Dutch (C1) and English (B2), and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. This on-site role offers a base salary of €2,750 gross/month plus performance bonuses. You will manage sales opportunities, understand client needs, and work closely with internal teams to drive revenue growth.

We are currently hiring a Dutch-Speaking Sales Executive to join an international sales team based on-site in Berlin. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and engaging with Dutch-speaking customers.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales opportunities, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process and contribute directly to revenue growth.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (marketing experience is a plus)
- Dutch C1 level and English B2 level
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Comfortable working on-site in a structured sales environment
- Candidates must already be located in Berlin
- Base salary: €2,750 gross/month
- Performance bonus: up to €687.50
- Language bonus: €300
- Stable on-site position in Berlin
