• You are in charge of offering your clients legal advice on a wide variety of matters relating to banking transactions, business ventures, and regulatory issues.
• You are responsible for drafting and reviewing legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
• Conducting legal research and staying up to date with legal developments in your field allows you to adequately assist your clients.
• As an experienced Associate, you will also be involved in mentoring junior associates.

• You have at least 3 years of experience as an associate in a law firm based in Luxembourg, focusing on the banking & finance field.
• Fluency in English is required, as the international network of this law firm has allowed them to develop a prestigious and renowned client base.
• You successfully passed the Luxembourg Bar exam or are already a qualified lawyer in another European Union country.
