Requirements

1. 3+ years of professional working experience and a reel that demonstrates this
2. Expert knowledge of traditional animation principles and Organic Animation
3. Excellent knowledge in Maya
4. Knowledge of Arnold is a plus
5. Excellent attention to detail
6. Well-developed organization and communication skills (fluent in English and/or German)
7. Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks to succeed under tight deadlines
8. Enjoy being part of a team to collaborate, assist others and be willing to share techniques and skills
9. Currently located in Germany, with the right to work

1. Creation of outstanding animation for creatures and objects within a shot
2. Comprehend and execute direction from Lead Animator or Animation Supervisor
3. Demonstrate a broad range of character animation skills. This includes a deep understanding of the principles of animation, and how to best employ those principles to create performance that supports both the characters and story goals of the show.
4. Consistently delivering shots on a high-quality level
5. A basic understanding of character rigging
6. Meet project deadlines/milestones, as set by the production department
