The Assistant Store Manager - Yard Operations is a crucial member of our KENT leadership team. This role is responsible for overseeing the operations of our back end business including our lumber yard and warehouse, delivery fleet and the shipping and receiving areas. They also focus on meeting financial objectives for their department, managing their team's performance, and promoting a positive and inclusive working environment through employee engagement and store events.
