We offer the opportunity to train amongst the best business operators in Canada. Our Management Development Program consists of working in one of our stores in a supervisory capacity and training in all areas of the business. Upon successful completion of the training program, and based on relocation availability, individuals are offered the management of a Giant Tiger franchise.

Store Manager Requirements:

• A passion for customer service and merchandising excellence.
• Minimum 3 years’ retail experience in a high volume, big box, fast-paced retail store.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail environment.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and with learning new software.

CANDIDATES MUST BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO MULTIPLE MARKETS IN THE NORTHERNMOST REGIONS OF ALBERTA, MANITOBA, ONTARIO, SASKATCHEWAN, QUEBEC, NUNAVUT, AND NORTHWEST TERRITORIES. RELOCATION ARRANGEMENTS WILL BE MADE AND PAID FOR BY THE NORTH WEST COMPANY.
