Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of backend development experience in high-scale, distributed systems
Strong expertise in backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, Node.js, or .NET Core
Proficient in Microservices architecture and API development
Experience with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience implementing security best practices for cloud-based applications
Knowledge of API gateways, service discovery, and load balancing
Proficient in Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket
Strong problem-solving skills; capable of optimizing high-traffic backend systems

Must-Have:

Experience with Microservices and API development
Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Hands-on experience with Azure Service Bus

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with serverless computing (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions)
Familiarity with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus/Event Grid)
Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Azure Application Insights, Prometheus, Grafana)
Performance tuning in high-traffic, distributed systems
Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)
