About this opportunity:
Downstream Operations is seeking an Operations Senior Shift Supervisor for the Lloydminster Upgrader. This role is responsible for coordinating all shift activities, providing mentorship, and directly supervising the execution of daily operations to ensure alignment with the facility’s overall strategy. The position ensures that operations are conducted in compliance with the plant operating license, technical specifications, procedures, and company requirements, while maintaining strict oversight of safety protocols within the Upgrader.
This position is located in Lloydminster and requires the successful candidate to live in the area.
This is a full-time employee position working a shift rotation comprised of a 12-hour shift rotating between days/nights, including working weekends/stat holidays (i.e. 2 days/2 nights on, 5 days off; 2 days/3 nights on, 4 off; 3 days/2 nights on, 5 off).

As this position has been identified as safety sensitive, employment of a final candidate selected for this position will be conditional upon successful completion of required pre-employment medical and alcohol/drug assessments.
For this position, you will be required to maintain a Class 5 driver's license, a satisfactory driving record, and adhere to the appropriate Company policies and guidelines. A driver's abstract will be one of the background checks requested in the pre-employment screening for the final candidate.
