Position Summary...

The Operations Assistant supports the DC Management Teams by performing administrative tasks such as data entry, creating reports, booking travel, expenses, and auditing the Time and Attendance Systems.

What You'll Do...

1. Word processes a variety of forms, memos, reports, and presentations; proofreads and edits work for the Sr. Director, GM/AGM, Operations and at times HR.
2. Provides administrative and coordination support on special projects.
3. Coordinates a variety of meetings including departmental meetings, General Meeting, breakfast meetings, etc. Books training rooms, schedules attendees, and sends out invitations.
4. Planning of a variety of regional events and supports charity initiatives within the region.
5. Takes minutes at regularly occurring meetings such as the General Meeting, task force meetings, etc.
6. Files confidential information in a timely and orderly fashion.
7. Makes travel arrangements for associates including hotel, flight, and car rental arrangements.
8. Completion of expense reports.
