Reporting to the Supply Sales Supervisor, you will be driven by numbers and sales targets, aren't afraid to make outbound calls, enjoy building relationships with customers and have a preference to work in a fast pace sales environment.

As a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative, you will be developing new business over the phone and expanding our existing business of supply products!

1. Achieve sales quota
2. Offer quotes on product to potential customers
3. Conduct outbound calls to prospective and current clients to achieve sales
4. Develop an individual business plan to determine how to achieve sales quotas
5. Predict future sales based on past trends
6. Administer a business plan for one-on-one meetings

1. High School Diploma or equivalent is required
2. 1 year experience in a sales role required
3. Ability to identify client patterns and other sales trends
4. Strong computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
5. Excellent time management skills
6. Good process management skills
7. Bilingual French/English

1. This position offers a Virtual work schedule. You will be 100% remote and not required to report to the office unless there is a specific business need (work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs).
2. When not in the field and working from home, a reliable internet connection is required. We support remote work with cloud-based applications and collaboration tools.
