Venor is proud to partner with ReCover on their search for an experienced Program Coordinator for the Building Transformation Program.
This position can be based anywhere in Atlantic Canada.
ReCover is a forward-thinking non-profit organization based in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, committed to transforming buildings into energy-efficient, sustainable spaces. ReCover helps building owners and communities identify, optimize, and implement deep retrofit solutions to enhance comfort, reduce energy consumption, and lower utility costs.
Position Summary:
As the Program Coordinator, you will act as a coach for building owners enrolled in the Building Transformation Program. You will be their main point of contact to educate and support building owners through the deep retrofit process and liaise with members across all teams to remove any barriers for program participants along the way.

Qualifications and Skills:
The ideal candidate is passionate about sustainability and energy-efficient practices, with a background in building management, building science, architecture, engineering, energy auditing, or a property management role involving decision making for building upgrades. Required experience includes a bachelor’s degree or a diploma in Sustainability, Construction Technology, or a related field.
