We are seeking a talented and innovative Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative Urbansim Planning Studio in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our visual identity and creating compelling designs across various platforms and mediums.

• Lead and execute design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet brand guidelines and client objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions for marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and print materials.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within the design team.
• Create and maintain brand identity systems including logos, color palettes, and typography guidelines.
• Design user interfaces (UI) for websites and mobile applications, focusing on user experience and visual appeal.
• Develop engaging motion graphics and animations for digital platforms and presentations.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve design processes and outcomes.
• Present design concepts and rationales to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 8 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design projects.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
• Experience in brand identity development and implementation across various mediums.
• Proficiency in both digital and print design with knowledge of production processes.
• Solid skills in UI design and creating user-centered visual experiences.
• Ability to create engaging motion graphics and animations.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to guide junior designers.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Up-to-date knowledge of current design trends and best practices in the industry.
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for tackling diverse design challenges.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
