We are seeking a seasoned Logistics & Warehouse Manager with a minimum of 6 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should possess comprehensive knowledge in International import-export procedures, documentation, stock management, and shipment coordination. The role demands a proactive individual capable of ensuring seamless operations in logistics and warehouse management while meeting tight deadlines.

Job Details:

Key Responsibilities

1. Logistics Operations
   • Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, distribution, and shipment scheduling.
   • Manage the booking of vessels and ensure timely coordination with shipping lines and freight forwarders.
   • Ensure accuracy in Bill of Lading (B/L) and other shipping documents.
2. Import and Export Management
   • Handle import-export processes, including customs clearance and regulatory compliance.
   • Prepare and verify all necessary documentation for import-export shipments.
   • Ensure adherence to international trade regulations and company policies.
3. Warehouse Management
   • Supervise warehouse operations, including stocktaking, inventory control, and stock reordering.
   • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure the availability of stock to meet operational needs.
   • Implement best practices for efficient space utilization and safe storage.
4. Shipment Coordination
   • Plan, arrange, and oversee shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
   • Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
5. Process Optimization
   • Develop and implement strategies for streamlining warehouse and logistics processes.
   • Monitor and improve KPIs related to delivery timelines, cost efficiency, and inventory accuracy.
6. Compliance and Reporting
   • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in warehouse and logistics operations.
   • Prepare detailed reports on inventory, logistics costs, and operational efficiency for management review.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Experience: Minimum of 6 years in logistics, warehouse operations, and supply chain management.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Technical Skills:

1. Proficiency in logistics management software and warehouse inventory systems (e.g., SAP, WMS, TMS).
2. Advanced knowledge of import-export regulations and procedures.
3. Familiarity with booking vessels, preparing B/L, and other shipping documents.
4. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
