Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Receptionist - Arabic speaking. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks such as appointment scheduling, maintaining phone etiquette, carrying out receptionist duties, and utilizing medical terminology in a medical office setting. The role will require strong communication and organizational skills to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the clinic.

Qualifications

1. Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties
2. Proficient in Arabic and English
3. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
4. Knowledge of medical terminology
5. Experience working in a medical office setting
6. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
7. Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office
8. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus
9. Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
10. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
