Role Summary The role is responsible for meeting, greeting and assisting visitors, employees and suppliers.
ROLE PROFILE
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, financial statements, and other documents.
Retrieve, maintain, and organize corporate records and documents.
Record minutes during meetings and distribute incoming correspondence (faxes, emails).
Perform office duties such as ordering supplies and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Manage telephone bill payments and follow up as needed.
Answer and direct calls, take messages, and manage meeting schedules and logistics.
Organize travel arrangements and coordinate business trip expenses with the finance department.
Participate in professional development and adhere to MAF Retail's Human Capital policies and procedures.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
0-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
Ability to adapt in a multicultural environment.
Excellent listening skills.
High attention to detail.
