We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our technical office team for high-rise building projects.

1. Produce and oversee the creation of detailed structural shop drawings
2. Coordinate with the site team for minor structural design & modifications
3. Verify structural elements to ensure compliance with approved designs
4. Oversee and review post-tensioned (PT) slab details and calculations
5. Liaise with local authorities for approvals and compliance matters
6. Review and approve Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)
7. Collaborate with other disciplines to resolve technical issues and conflicts
8. Ensure all structural documentation meets project standards and specifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering

Minimum of 10+ years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on high-rise projects with Grade A contractor in GCC countries.

Extensive experience in producing and reviewing structural shop drawings

Strong background in post-tensioned concrete systems including design of minor structures.

Familiarity with local building codes and authority requirements

Proficiency in CAD software and structural analysis tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SAP2000)

1. Expert knowledge of structural detailing and shop drawing production
2. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, especially for buildings over 50 floors
3. Excellent coordination and communication skills
4. Ability to read and interpret complex structural drawings and specifications
5. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
6. Experience in reviewing and approving Bar Bending Schedules
7. Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment

1. Master's degree in Structural Engineering
2. Licensed as structural engineer with authorities in UAE
3. Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
4. Knowledge of sustainable construction practices
