Job summary
A leading real estate services firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced Document Controller to manage, organize, and control all project documentation throughout the construction lifecycle. This role involves ensuring proper document flow, version control, and compliance with project specifications. Ideal candidates will be responsible for establishing document control systems, logging and distributing documents, and reviewing their completeness and accuracy. Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain document control systems and procedures.
- Receive, log, distribute and track all project documents including drawings, specifications, contracts and correspondence.
- Ensure proper document version control and maintain document registers.
- Implement and enforce document naming conventions and filing systems.
- Review documents for completeness, accuracy and compliance with project.

We are looking for an experienced Document Controller to be based in Dubai. The Document Controller is responsible for managing, organizing and controlling all project documentation throughout the construction lifecycle.
